Returns Policy

Our Return Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund, including shipping, minus a 20% restocking fee within 15 days of your purchase. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. If the item is defective we will gladly exchange it with another of the same item. Evaporative cooling clothing will not be accepted for return after it is has been hydrated except in the case of manufacturing defects. Please email sales@safetyproductsmarketplace.com, or call us at 866-799-4733 Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, PST, for a return authorization number and return instructions. Items received without a return authorization number will not be refunded. The item must be resalable in order for the refund to apply. Your satisfaction is our priority so if something is not as expected please contact us and we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.

SHIPPING:
NO SHIPPING GAMES - we do not play the eBay auction shipping game where auctions are listed for .99 cents and then you are charged large shipping fees. All our shipping rates are calculated by USPS by weight with a handling charge for packaging and processing as listed below:
CONTINENTAL USA, HAWAII, ALASKA
Our shipping is weight based and calculated to USPS First Class Mail (3-5 day shipping). This is calculated by USPS. We have a $1.50 handling fee to cover packaging and processing of your order. First Class mail covers orders up to 13 oz, anything over 13oz has to be shipped Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping).

CANADA,MEXICO,EUROPE,AUSTRALIA
First Class International Mail allows over 13 oz. but is limited to a size restriction of maximum length 24" maximum length + height + thickness combined 36" This covers most of our products. Anything beyond these size restrictions must be sent Priority Mail International.
PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS: Canada and Mexico $23.95 Rest of the World $38,95
We have a $5.00 handling charge for international orders as we have to physically take the orders to the post office for scanning. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and surcharges associated with the shipment of your order and any return shipping fees.
